- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Taste and adjust — add salt and pepper to taste, and add water to thin to your desired consistency. Add more water for a pourable salad dressing, and less if you're using it as a thick dip.
- Chill until ready to serve. Store covered tightly in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
