  • 0.5 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
Cheese & Toppings
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature, cut into cubes

Instructions
  1. Spray a 6-quart crockpot with nonstick spray. Place chicken breasts inside.
  2. Pour chicken broth over the chicken, then sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly on top.
  3. Seal and cook on LOW for 4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the crockpot.
  5. Add cream cheese cubes, ½ cup cheddar, and all the mozzarella. Replace the lid and let the cheeses melt in the residual heat for about 10 minutes.
  6. Stir well, then fold in half the bacon and half the green onions. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon on top. Replace lid for 5–10 more minutes until cheese is melted.
