Better Than a Box: Homemade Pantry Brownies

No blue or red box needed! These brownies are fudgy, crinkly-topped, and made entirely from basic kitchen staples. Faster than a trip to the store and a million times more delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder Unsweetened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 stick Butter Melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Equipment

  • 1 8x8 square baking pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, whisk sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt together.
  2. Pour in melted butter and eggs. Stir until smooth and glossy. Don't over-mix!
  3. Spread in an 8x8 pan. Bake for 18-25 minutes. For fudgy results, pull them out when a toothpick has a few moist crumbs.
